Ticket Policy   

  • Refunds: Please stay home if you are exhibiting any sign of illness prior to a performance. If you are unable to attend due to illness, call The Ticket Center at 810.237.7333. You have several options: you can exchange your ticket for a later date, or receive an account credit, or receive a refund.
  • Exchanges: Patrons may exchange tickets to a future performance, based on availability, up until 2 hours prior to the scheduled start of the performance. No exchanges will be processed once a performance has occurred. Additional limitations and fees apply.
  • Lost tickets: If tickets are misplaced, please bring your order number to The Ticket Center prior to the performance for assistance
  • Children: All patrons, regardless of age, must have a ticket to enter the building.
  • Mailing tickets: Tickets purchased less than 7 days prior to an event can be picked up at the Will Call window at The Ticket Center.
  • Resale of tickets for more than face value is prohibited by law.
  • Late Seating: Once a performance is in progress, seating will be at the discretion of the artist and management.
  • Disruptive patrons: regardless of age, disruptive patrons will be asked to leave. No refunds will be given.
  • No Re-entry: Once your ticket has been scanned, please plan to stay and enjoy.
  • Recording devices: Unauthorized cameras and recording devices are not allowed inside the lobby or theatre at any time.
  • Discounts:  Please inform your Ticket Center Representative if you qualify for any discount prior to your purchase.  Discounts cannot be combined or applied to previous ticket purchases.
