I left my tickets at home/My tickets never arrived in the mail! What do I do?

Simply bring your order confirmation to The Ticket Center, located just inside The Whiting Foyer to the left, and we will re-print your tickets free of charge!

Do you allow cameras?

Camera policies are determined by the tour management, not The Whiting.

I cannot make the performance, do you allow refunds?

Unfortunately, there are no refunds. We do allow patrons to exchange their tickets to a future show, however, this must be done prior to the beginning of the performance. Exchange fees apply. (Fees waived for subscribers)

As a friendly reminder, to guarantee best seating and pricing, always purchase directly from The Whiting via the Whiting App, TheWhiting.com, or by calling The Ticket Center at (810) 237-7333. In most cases, ticket prices are greatly increased when purchasing from a reseller or third party, and seating cannot be confirmed.
